How we keep children safe every day
The health, safety and wellbeing of every child is our highest priority. We provide a clean, safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, play and grow with confidence.

Health and wellbeing
We work closely with families to understand each child's individual health needs, including allergies, medical conditions and dietary requirements. Individual medical management plans are followed carefully, and all educators are trained in first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis management.

Hygiene and infection control
Our centre follows strict hygiene and infection control practices, including regular cleaning and sanitising, handwashing routines and safe food handling procedures to help reduce the spread of illness.

Managing illness
If a child becomes unwell during the day, we will contact their family promptly and ensure they are kept comfortable while awaiting collection. We also follow NSW health guidelines regarding infectious illnesses to help protect the wellbeing of all children, families and educators.
Peace of mind for parents
We want every family to leave our centre knowing their child is safe, valued and genuinely cared for. From the moment children arrive, they are welcomed into a secure, nurturing environment where their wellbeing always comes first. Our experienced educators maintain close supervision throughout the day, follow robust health and safety procedures, and create spaces that encourage children to explore, learn and play safely. We also believe that strong relationships are an important part of keeping children safe, taking the time to know each child, understand their individual needs and build trusting connections with both children and families. At Little Achievers, safety is more than policies and procedures—it's about creating an environment where children feel secure, families feel confident, and everyone has peace of mind.
